How do you do?

  Depression   is classified as a mood disorder. It may be described as feelings of sadness, loss, or anger that interfere with a person’s everyday activity.there are  many way to  reduce  depression.  How  do you do  when you are depressed?      For  me  I eat  alot,,this  help  me  to  cope  and feel  better .

  1. I lock myself in my room and cry in silence for few minutes than i start praying for atleast 10 minutes than i listen to Sunday songs or soft gospels.

  2. I distract myself abit by listening to soothing music it helps deal with that.
